Ushbu maqolada Buxoro viloyatining sanoat tarmoqlarini rivojlantirishda hududiy marketing strategiyalarining o‘rni va samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda 2020–2024-yillar davomida ishlab chiqarish hajmi, eksportimport ko‘rsatkichlari, hududlar kesimidagi ixtisoslashuv va marketing faolligi o‘rganildi. Rasmiy statistika ma’lumotlari, xalqaro tashkilotlar hisobotlari hamda Scopus bazasidagi ilmiy maqolalar tahlil asosini tashkil etdi. Natijalar sanoat o‘sishining yuqoriligi bilan birga marketing strategiyalarining sustligi sababli eksport salohiyati yetarlicha namoyon bo‘lmayotganini ko‘rsatdi. Muallif tomonidan marketing infratuzilmasini rivojlantirish, brendlash va raqamli vositalarni joriy etish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqildi. Mazkur maqola hududiy iqtisodiyotni kompleks rivojlantirishda marketing yondashuvlarining ahamiyatini ochib beradi.

Can a public researcher reconstruct a receiving-jurisdiction legal state when the originating order, receiving rule, later lifecycle events, and official displays are distributed across different systems? This article examines eight purposively selected Canadian securities-enforcement chains using a fixed valid time and record cutoff. It distinguishes origin instruments, receiving transformation rules, receiver case objects, lifecycle changes, official representations, and endpoint evidence. Reconstruction is documentary and operational: it asks what authenticated public official records support for a bounded query. It does not determine legal correctness or any person’s present legal status. No named Alberta case object was recovered for the three sampled automatic chains. No receiver-specific change object was recovered for the two granted Dunn/Viribus variations. Zhang and Keenan were the only two fixed queries with positive full endpoint evidence; the remaining six were unresolved under the protocol. Each of the three declared display comparisons lost at least one source-supported dimension, and no definite classification was assigned without positive evidence. The article identifies lifecycle-stage source and representation asymmetry and proposes a conservative abstention rule: search silence, a compressed display, a procedural change, or permanent-on-face language cannot by itself establish an exact endpoint. The findings describe this purposive sample and do not estimate prevalence, evaluate regulators, or establish legal-system-wide reproducibility.

             भारतात शेतकरी व शेतीची समस्या कायम स्वरूपी सुटाव्यात आणि बळीराजा सुखी व्हावा यासाठी ज्या पद्धतीने धोरणे आखणे आवश्यक होते, तशी धोरणे कधीच आखली गेली नाहीत हे वास्तव आहे. स्वातंत्र्या नंतर देशापुढे पहिले संकट उभे राहिले ते अन्नधान्य उत्पन्नाचे यातून मार्ग काढताना अधिक धान्य पिकवा योजने पासून सुरुवात झाली . तेव्हा पासून शेतकरी चुकीच्या धोरणाचा बळी ठरला आहे . देशातील शेतकरी जगण्यापेक्षा शेतकरी नसलेली फरमोठी लोकसंख्या जगावण्याला प्राधान्य देण्यात आले. शेती सुधार नव्हेतर फक्त अन्न धान्य पिकवा हे धोरण राबवले गेले. त्यातून हरितक्रांती नावाचा रासायनिक क्रांतीचा प्रयोग झाला तो थेट जी. एम . जेनेटिक बदल बियाना पर्यन्त आला हा हरित क्रांतीने जागतिकीकरणाच्या काळात शेतकरी आत्महत्ये पर्यन्त आणून सोडला . वरवरची मलम पट्टी सोडता या चार लाख शेतकऱ्यांचे बळी घेणाऱ्या प्रश्नावर मार्ग निघाला नाही. आज ही आत्महत्या सुरूच आहेत.
