Reproducibility compendium for a failure-aware pre-generation qualification workflow. It contains analysis code, frozen configurations, tests, group-level derived evidence, and deterministic numerical-figure inputs. The joint calibration and conditional-direction rule failed, so no generated-image efficacy or method-superiority claim is made. AI Hub source images, licensed example crops, unread reserves, and outer endpoints are not redistributed.

This dataset is designed for long-time temperature-field prediction in single-track directed energy deposition. The data were generated from high-fidelity thermo-fluid simulations in FLOW-3D AM and include 36 stainless-steel Fe 316 single-track DED cases. The cases form a structured 6×6 power-speed process map with six laser power levels and six scan-speed levels. The laser power ranges from 2.0 to 4.5 kW, and the scan speed ranges from 6 to 11 mm/s.Each case was simulated for 2.0 s and curated into 1998 transient temperature frames. The raw simulation outputs are provided as VTK files. A graph-compatible HDF5 representation is also provided, in which all cases share a fixed 1466-node surface graph. The HDF5 data include nodal temperature histories, time-aligned equivalent moving heat-source fields, node coordinates, laser power, scan speed, and original simulation case identifiers. The dataset supports research on DED thermal surrogate modeling, long-horizon recursive prediction, generalization over held-out power-speed combinations, region-aware error analysis, and physics-structured machine learning. The 36 cases are split into 24 training cases, 6 validation cases, and 6 final test cases. The validation and final test cases use power-speed combinations not included in training, so that interpolation within the studied process map can be evaluated.

The dismantling of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in early 2025, representing an 83% reduction in American foreign assistance to Africa, constitutes one of the most significant shifts in global development architecture since the establishment of the post-World War II international order. This policy paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the implications of these cuts, employing novel theoretical frameworks and empirical evidence to reveal consequences that extend far beyond traditional aid dependency models.
Through extensive research incorporating data from The Lancet’s landmark mortality impact study [1], regional analysis from Africa Practice [2], and academic perspectives from leading development economists [3][4], this analysis demonstrates that the USAID cuts represent not merely a budgetary adjustment but a fundamental reconfiguration of global power dynamics with profound implications for democratic governance, regional stability, and human development outcomes across Sub-Saharan Africa.
The analysis reveals that the immediate humanitarian impact—projected to result in over 14 million additional deaths by 2030 [1]—represents only the most visible consequence of a complex cascade of systemic failures. Employing five novel theoretical frameworks developed specifically for this analysis, including the “Development Shock Doctrine,” “Cascade Vulnerability Model,” and “Geopolitical Vacuum Theory,” this paper demonstrates how aid cuts trigger interconnected failures across health, economic, governance, and security systems that compound over time to create vulnerabilities far exceeding the sum of individual sectoral impacts.
The economic analysis presented here reveals that countries such as Liberia, where USAID represented 2.59% of Gross National Income [2], face economic contractions that could persist for decades. The geopolitical implications are equally profound, as the withdrawal creates influence vacuums rapidly being filled by alternative powers, fundamentally altering the strategic landscape of Sub-Saharan Africa in ways that may prove irreversible within current policy timeframes.
This paper argues that the USAID cuts represent a form of “strategic self-harm” that undermines American interests while creating systematic advantages for authoritarian competitors. The analysis concludes with comprehensive policy recommendations for mitigating ongoing damage and developing more sophisticated approaches to aid architecture that account for the complex interdependencies revealed by this crisis.

In this paper, we study the thermal radiation law of a system combining two independent geometric ingredients: a curved energy spectrum Eₙ = E₀f(n), in the continuous reformulation of Planck's law, and a generalized (possibly fractal) mode density g(ν) ∝ ν^(d_f−1). For the exponential instance f_λ(n) = e^(λn) we derive the full radiation law and show that the spectral curvature λ and the mode–density dimension d_f decouple into disjoint observable features. The Stefan exponent d_f+1 and the Wien prefactor power ν^(d_f) are fixed by the spatial dimension d_f alone, whereas λ appears only in the spectral shape, mainly as a normalization-independent low-frequency logarithmic suppression of the Rayleigh–Jeans envelope. We prove that the Stefan exponent equals d_f+1 for every admissible covariant spectrum, so no spectral deformation can change it. Relaxing the scale covariance does not produce a new exponent but a two-scale crossover at k_B T* ∼ E₀/λ. Geometrically, scale covariance is characterized as the ruling of the reduced-energy surface in the frequency direction, with the Planck case alone doubly ruled. The fractal Stefan–Boltzmann exponent d_f+1 is known; the contribution is the decoupling itself and the identification of the low-frequency signature. The principal reduced-energy asymptotics and integrated constants are numerically checked against the exact lattice sum for 0 < λ ≤ 1.

Reproducibility code and data for the manuscript "Selecting Generative Text-to-Image Models for Industrial-Heritage Visualization: a Design-Code-Constrained AHP-TOPSIS Benchmark with Computational Cross-Validation (Krasny Treugolnik, Saint Petersburg)." Ten generative text-to-image systems are compared on five standardized architectural scenes under an explicit heritage design code, ranked with AHP-TOPSIS (consistency ratio 0.012) and cross-validated with a computational image-analysis pipeline (criterion collinearity, rater-noise bootstrap, weighting stress test, and a leave-one-out stylistic-fingerprint classifier). Includes the expert decision matrix, computational image features, weights, ranking, all Python analysis scripts, the design code and standardized prompts. wisp-science v0.24.0
macOS(.dmg,已签名 + 公证):区分 Apple Silicon(aarch64)与 Intel(x86_64),请下载对应架构。
attempt_completion 的最终答案不再被 4,000 字符预览限制截断。
English: wisp-science v0.24.0 brings key research-workbench records into the visible UI and strengthens everyday reliability. The real-browser bridge can now return the visible viewport as an image for vision-capable agents; the right pane exposes the project's research graph and database-registered Artifacts; and Run cards link directly to their outputs. This release also makes directed SSH trust edges visible and revocable, adds workspace Storage and per-session Usage views, and improves long chats, literature previews, runtime startup, and SSH diagnostics.
What's Changed
Capture a selected real-browser tab's visible viewport with the approved web_screenshot tool and pass it through the standard vision-result path, without adding extension permissions.
Browse research graph nodes, relationships, and persisted node metadata in the right pane; merge registered Artifacts into the Artifact pane and open each Run's produced Artifact from its card.
Render in-thread generated files as thumbnail tiles with a progressive "more" expansion instead of a long list of cards.
Add Workspace Storage breakdown and per-session token Usage views, including sub-agent usage folded into the root session; show Artifact counts on project cards.
Open the global Library from Ctrl/⌘P and insert any starred code/figure version into the composer for review-before-send reruns.
List and revoke Agent-created directed SSH trust edges from Environments, with immediate authorization removal and best-effort remote-key cleanup.
Collapse very long user messages without affecting copy/edit, preserve full attempt_completion answers, avoid blocking the send path while Python dependencies install, and retain only the newest 20 explore traces.
Surface OpenSSH's real failure diagnostics and prevent SSH client-library fallbacks that bypass saved credentials and host-key checks.
Raise local PDF previews to 100 MB and transcode embedded OOXML TIFF media to PNG so figures remain visible.
Compatibility: Installs over v0.23.0 in place with no manual migration. web_screenshot works only through the existing real-browser bridge on HTTP(S) tabs and follows the same approval model. Revoking a trust edge immediately removes Wisp authorization even when a disconnected host prevents remote-key cleanup. Remote file previews remain capped at 32 MB.
