Sog‘in sigirlarni to‘liq qiymatli oziqlantirishni tashkil etishda ratsion tarkibiga kiritiladigan oziqa turlari turli xilda va sifatli bo‘lish kerak. Shu bilan bir qatorda sog‘in sigirlarni oziqlantirishda asosan shirali oziqalar bilan oziqlantiriladi. Sigirlarni mahsuldorligini oshirishda sut berish davriga qarab oziqlantirishni tashkil etish maqsadga muofiq. Aniqsa iydirish davrida avans oziqa berish yo‘li bilan mahsulot berish davridagi genetik imkoniyatlari aniqlanib ularning me’yor ko‘rsatgichlari belgilanadi.

Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy has emerged as a rapid, non-destructive, and reliable analytical technique for the evaluation of Ayurvedic drugs. This review focuses on the application of FTIR-based molecular fingerprinting in herbal, polyherbal, herbo-mineral, and Bhasma formulations. Relevant literature from peer-reviewed journals was analyzed to understand the role of FTIR in identifying functional groups, chemical bonding, and organic–inorganic interactions. FTIR spectra of various Ayurvedic drugs consistently show characteristic absorption bands such as O–H, N–H, C–H, C=O, and C–O, which correspond to phytochemicals like phenols, alkaloids, proteins, and glycosides, as well as metal–oxygen bonds in Bhasma. These spectral patterns provide a unique chemical fingerprint that helps in authentication, detection of adulteration, and assessment of batch consistency. The study also highlights that organic functional groups in herbo-mineral formulations arise from herbal processing (Bhāvanā), while inorganic signatures are due to transformations during Māraṇa. Despite its advantages, FTIR has limitations such as overlapping peaks and lack of quantitative accuracy. Overall, FTIR plays a crucial role in the quality control and standardization of Ayurvedic medicines, and its integration with other analytical techniques can further enhance scientific validation and global acceptance.

These data provide the weather-driven evolution of atmospheric emissions, atmospheric concentrations and deposition across Europe over 1990–2022 using an enhanced version of the CHIMERE chemical transport model. The model includes meteorology-dependent anthropogenic emissions, varying 8-day leaf area index from satellite data over the whole period, and updated parameterizations for deposition as well as soil and biogenic emissions. The data were generated by assuming constant anthropogenic practices (2018 selected as a reference year) over the whole and therefore isolate the effect of meteorology on results. Evolution of emissions due to change of practices or to reduction of emission factors are therefore not taken into account.
These data were used to study the weather-driven trends during the period. The results and the methodology are presented in "Couvidat et al. (2026, submitted to ACP): Determination of weather-driven trends of atmospheric emissions, concentrations and deposition over Europe during the last decades"
Data are splitted into 3 tar archives:
emissions.tar: NetCDF of annual biogenic emissions (isoprene, monoterpene, sesquiterpene and the sum of all VOC), soil NO emissions and fungal spore emissions
surface_concentrations.tar: NetCDF files of SOMO35, AOT40 and annual surface concentrations of O3, NO2, PM10, PM2.5, Fungal spore, Sea salts, Secondary Inorganic Aerosols (SIA), Secondary Organic Aerosols(SOA), Anthropogenic Primary Particles (TPM)
deposition.tar: NetCDF files of annual deposition (dry, wet and total) of reduced nitrogen (NHx), oxidized nitrogen (NOx) and oxidized sulfure (SOx)

Background: Chronic periodontitis, correlated with Dantamoolagata Roga (specifically Sheetada) in Ayurveda, is a primary driver of tooth loss characterized by gingival inflammation and clinical attachment loss. While chemical mouthwashes like Chlorhexidine are the established gold standard, their long-term application is frequently limited by adverse effects such as tooth staining and dysgeusia .
Objective: To clinically evaluate the efficacy of Gandusha (oil pulling) using Til Taila (Sesame oil) as an adjunct to mechanical debridement in the management of generalized chronic periodontitis.
Methods: This clinical investigation utilized a single-case experimental design. A patient diagnosed with generalized chronic periodontitis underwent Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) as a primary intervention. This was supplemented by a 30-day regimen of daily Gandusha with lukewarm Til Taila for 3–5 minutes. Clinical parameters, including the Plaque Index (PI), Gingival Index (GI), and Bleeding on Probing (BOP), were assessed at baseline and post-intervention.
Results: Post-treatment analysis revealed significant clinical improvements. There were marked reductions in PI, GI, and BOP scores, indicating a substantial decrease in microbial biofilm accumulation and gingival inflammation. The emulsification and saponification processes of the sesame oil likely contributed to these outcomes by reducing bacterial adhesion and exerting antioxidant effects via lignans such as sesamin and sesamol .
Conclusion: Til Taila Gandusha is an effective, safe, and cost-efficient Ayurvedic intervention. When used as an adjunct to mechanical debridement, it enhances periodontal healing and provides a viable, side-effect-free alternative for long-term oral hygiene maintenance.

Fosfomycin is a structurally unique phosphonic acid antibiotic widely used for the treatment of urinary tract infections (UTIs), particularly those caused by multidrug-resistant (MDR) pathogens. Unlike conventional β-lactam or glycopeptide antibiotics, fosfomycin exerts bactericidal action through irreversible inhibition of MurA enzyme ((UDP-N-acetylglucosamine enolpyruvyl transferase) via its strained epoxide ring. While its small molecular size and high aqueous solubility offer formulation advantages, the molecule’s inherent chemical reactivity presents significant stability and impurity-related challenges. The integrity of the epoxide moiety is directly linked to therapeutic activity, making impurity profiling a critical quality attribute (CQA).
