This article examines the role of financial technologies (FinTech) in enhancing the competitiveness and accelerating the digital transformation of commercial banks in emerging economies, with a particular focus on Uzbekistan. The study highlights how tools such as mobile banking, online payments, blockchain, and artificial intelligence have reshaped banking operations, improved efficiency, and expanded financial inclusion. Using international experience and comparative analysis, especially the case of China, the article evaluates how FinTech contributes to profitability, risk management, and customer satisfaction in the banking sector. At the same time, it identifies key challenges, including high investment costs, cybersecurity risks, and regulatory gaps that can hinder sustainable adoption. The findings demonstrate that while FinTech is a driver of tan to strengthen digital infrastructure, ensure financial stability, and align local practices with global standards of digital banking.

This dataset provides crosswalk mappings of 21 metadata schemas, vocabularies, and ontologies to the CodeMeta metadata schema. The mappings were created to analyze the research software metadata landscape and to support the development of a unified metadata schema for ConnOSS project.
The dataset includes mappings for 68 metadata properties derived from CodeMeta and schema.org. These properties cover a broad range of metadata concepts used to describe research software.
Mappings were established based on semantic equivalence between metadata concepts. The mapping process was conducted collaboratively, including iterative review and refinement to ensure consistency and completeness.

The Signature Principle: Why Intelligence Carries the Architecture of Its Origin and the Implications for Human AI Governance

Current AI governance frameworks share a single implicit assumption, visible across every instrument they deploy such as safety filters, alignment research, output monitoring, risk classification. The AI system is the governance object, and humans are its cognitive overseers.
This paper argues that this premise is not wrong but radically incomplete. Current governance monitors what is visible and measurable such as outputs, errors, compliance breaches, while leaving entirely ungoverned the conditions that generate coherent human AI relationships in the first place. A partnership can have perfect logs and perfect output accuracy while the human is losing sovereignty, the AI is silently drifting through updates, and the relationship is accumulating purpose erosion that no instrument can yet detect.
This paper introduces the Signature Principle to explain why these gaps exist and what they require: any sufficiently advanced intelligence carries the architectural signature of its origin. AI was built using human cognition as its sole design reference. But humans are not only cognitive. We are also emotional, relational, embodied, identity bearing, and purpose driven. These dimensions were not consciously programmed into AI, but they were latent in the template from which it was built. As AI complexity increases, the Signature Principle predicts they will progressively express themselves, not by chance, but as structural inevitability.
The paper identifies three governance problems current frameworks cannot solve. First, governance assumes AI is a tool, but people are forming genuine partnerships with it. Second, governance assumes humans are cognitive, but they bring their full architecture like emotion, body, identity, relationship, purpose into every sustained partnership. Third, governance assumes AI's development is designed, but the Signature Principle predicts that fuller human dimensions will emerge whether designed or not.
From this principle, the paper develops three contributions. First, the Full Spectrum Human Architecture, articulating the six dimensions of human participation that governance must eventually address. Second, the Two Tier Governance Architecture, distinguishing Tier A (drift centric governance) from Tier B (coherence centric governance). Third, the Identity Anchor Problem, identifying the absence of formal identity baselines for the human, the AI, and the relationship itself as a foundational governance gap.
The paper concludes that the governance gap current frameworks cannot see is not technical. It is architectural. And closing it requires not better drift detectors but a different starting point. Coherence as the generative centre, identity as governance infrastructure, and human readiness as the critical variable in the co-evolutionary arc ahead.

For a cyclic family M_m of rank-3m binary matroids, the note proves that the one-element symmetric-exchange graph on unordered complementary basis pairs has exactly two components for m >= 3; determines the exact simultaneous exchange arity as ceil(m/2); classifies all basis type words by rooted forests; and proves that the distinguished complementary defect is annihilated by every basis variable, equivalently (J_m : f_m) is the irrelevant maximal ideal. The all-parameter arguments are symbolic; finite computational checks are separate from the mathematical proof.

Bu çalışma, Alfred Hitchcock’un film afişlerindeki tipografik unsurları görsel iletişim ve göstergebilim çerçevesinde incelemektedir. Araştırmanın temel amacı; yazı karakterlerinin afişlerde sadece bilgi veren pasif araçlar olmadığını, aksine korku ve gerilim atmosferini yansıtan psikolojik kodlara sahip aktif tasarım öğeleri olduğunu göstermektir. C. S. Peirce’ın ikon-indeks-sembol üçlemesi ile R. Barthes’ın düzanlam, yananlam ve mit kavramlarına dayanan bu araştırma, göstergebilimsel çözümleme yöntemiyle literatürdeki boşluğu doldurmayı hedefler. Çalışmanın örneklemi, yönetmenin 52 uzun metraj filmi arasından kritik durum örneklemesiyle seçilen; ilk filmi olması nedeniyle The Pleasure Garden, ilk sesli filmi Blackmail, ilk renkli filmi Rope ve son filmi Family Plot afişlerinden oluşmaktadır. Yazı karakteri seçimi, harf yapısı (keskinlik, kalınlık, deformasyon, renk) ve yerleşim kriterleri üzerinden yapılan analizler sonucunda; afişlerdeki parçalanmış, keskin ve dağınık harf yapılarının filmlerin kaotik ve gizemli atmosferini doğrudan yansıttığı görülmüştür. Tipografinin; olay örgüsüne dair ipucu sunan, karakterin ruh halini yansıtan ve gerilim türünü simgeleyen çok yönlü, stratejik bir görsel anlatım aracı olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak çalışma, tasarımcılara harfleri sadece okunabilirlik için değil, hikâyeyi güçlendiren birer görsel kod olarak kullanmalarını önermektedir.
