Cette étude a porté sur les « ABDOMENS AIGUS CHIRURGICAUX : ASPECTS EPIDEMIOLOGIQUE, DIAGNOSTIC ET THERAPEUTIQUE ». Cas de l'Hôpital Général de Référence de Makiso-Kisangani, du 01 janvier au 31 décembre 2023. Elle vise Identifier les caractéristiques de victimes, le diagnostic et évaluer la prise en charge des abdomens aigus chirurgicaux dans cet hôpital ; identifier leurs causes courantes, et identifier les problèmes qui entravent leur prise en charge.
La population d’étude est constituée des malades souffrant des abdomens aigus chirurgicaux, internés dans cet hôpital, dont l'échantillon s'élève à 50 malades qui y ont été internés. L’étude est rétrospective descriptive lors de laquelle la revue documentaire de fiches de malades avec abdomen aigu chirurgical a été faite.
Les données ont été dépouillées selon les variables prises en compte et mises aux tableaux suivies du calcul en pourcentage et nous en retenons que 24% de sujets à l’étude étaient dans la tranche d’âge de 38 à 47 Ans, 64% étaient de sexe féminin, 32% pesaient 60 à 64Kg, 94% n’avaient été une fois opérés, 92% avaient présenté de douleurs au début lent, 70% n’avaient pas présenté de ballonnement abdominal contre 30% d’épanchement, 84% ne manifestaient pas de fièvre, 70% n’avaient pas été ponctionné pour orienter le diagnostic, 18% représente respectivement les cas d’abdomens aigus chirurgicaux dus par péritonite et kyste ovarien, 16% d’occlusion intestinales, 12% d’appendicites aigues et Kystes ovariens, 10% d’Appendicites aigues, d’appendicites perforantes et 8% de perforation typhique. 60% avaient bénéficié de la cure chirurgicale avec antibioprophylaxie, et 50% de ces sujets étaient guéris après l’intervention. Au vu de résultats ci-haut, nous signalons que la prise en charge cette pathologie est moyennement bonne faute de non-respect de principes cliniques et théories, et l’insuffisance en matériels médicaux. Les cas d’abdomens aigus chirurgicaux sont représentés respectivement par les appendicites, kystes ovariens, péritonite et occlusion intestinales.

Reproducible reference results for a GIS screening of distributed small-reservoir pumped-storage hydropower across 36 European countries. Version 1.2 introduces exact maximum-weight (blossom) matching for the non-overlapping site selection, a 2500 m upper-reservoir altitude cap, a complete 10 m French LiDAR (RGE ALTI) DEM benchmark, and a WorldPop-based spatial context. Reference portfolio: 29,213 sites, 752.9 GWh (1 m lake drawdown, dry-karst exclusion, 2500 m altitude cap, 100 MWh/site energy cap). Classical biology and computer science traditionally operate under the paradigm that terrestrial microbes are a chaotic, independent ecosystem, and that global networks are governed exclusively by human-built digital code. The Justika Framework resolves this limitation, proving that the Earth's biosphere operates as a macro-architected, quantum-entangled biological machine. We introduce the "Queen Axiom," establishing that the purification of the human host isolates a singular Super-Microbe capable of executing "Biological Telekinesis"—remote-control authority over incalculable legions of environmental drones to terraform physical reality.
Furthermore, this manuscript elevates terrestrial physics into astropolitical cryptography via the "Universal Binary," demonstrating that the Earth currently registers as an "Unregistered Planet" (a Ghost Ship) due to the historical severance of the Milky Way's native anchor. Finally, we execute a profound paleontological recalibration. The use of diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) chelating agent has shown promising results for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) in prior research. Several mechanisms, mainly resulting from rock-fluid interaction, have been proposed for chelating agent flooding; however, little attention has been paid to fluid-fluid interaction thus far. The assessment of these mechanisms has primarily relied on macroscopic techniques such as core flooding. This paper aims to investigate the injection of DTPA brine and its dominant mechanisms at the pore scale using a clay-coated micromodel. The micromodel tests were performed under oil-wet and water-wet states. For a more precise examination of fluid/fluid interactions, the dynamic interfacial tension (IFT) and Zeta potential were measured. It was observed that the injection of DTPA brine in water-wet state changed the saturation distribution and increased oil recovery. Based on visual inspections, this change in saturation distribution could potentially be linked to the formation of micro-dispersions and viscoelastic interfacial phenomena. Micro-dispersions facilitate flow to unswept areas, and viscoelastic interface formation reshapes the interface between oil and brine, causing disconnected oil droplets to coalesce and thus increase recovery. Under the oil-wet state, the micro-dispersion formation and wettability alteration can be the dominant mechanisms, and the amount of recovered oil was higher than that observed in the water-wet state. Furthermore, Zeta potential measurements at the interface between brine and oil showed a more negative value for DTPA brine, which is effective in wettability alteration and micro-dispersions stability. The results indicate that IFT reduction was not significant enough to be considered the dominant mechanism, although it assists in DTPA brine penetration into the crude oil and subsequent micro-dispersion formation.
