Анотація. У статті досліджено трансформацію цифрової компетентності вчителя початкових класів як результат інтеграції інструментів штучного інтелекту в професійну діяльність. Обґрунтовано перехід від базової цифрової грамотності до комплексної компетентності, що охоплює ШІ-грамотність, навички промпт-інжинірингу, критичне оцінювання алгоритмів і дотримання етичних принципів використання ШІ. Визначено зміну професійної ролі педагога від транслятора знань до фасилітатора, ментора та дизайнера освітнього середовища для покоління альфа. Проаналізовано практичні можливості використання генеративного штучного інтелекту (Diffit, MagicSchool.ai) для персоналізації навчання в природничій і математичній освітніх галузях, а також для підтримки дослідницького та адаптивного навчання. Акцентовано увагу на принципі «людина в контурі» як умові безпечного й відповідального застосування ШІ. Запропоновано інноваційні моделі професійного розвитку вчителів: мікронавчання, 90-денні плани професійного зростання та цифрові портфоліо. Доведено, що трансформована цифрова компетентність учителя є ключовою передумовою модернізації початкової освіти в умовах Суспільства 4.0.

This resource forms part of the Green ERA-Hub Living Archive, developed within the Horizon Europe Green ERA-Hub Coordination and Support Action (CSA). The Living Archive provides a curated collection of practical guidance, tools, templates and examples designed to support funders, programme managers and research organisations in planning, implementing and improving transnational research and innovation (R&I) collaboration. Resources are organised around four thematic areas: Funding Modalities, Research Prioritisation, Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessment (MEIA), and Widening & Outreach. This practical template provides a simple and adaptable Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for organisations participating in transnational research and innovation funding calls. Developed from best practice and practical experience across the Green ERA-Hub network, it offers a flexible framework to support the establishment of collaborative funding partnerships while reducing administrative burden and promoting clear governance arrangements. The template covers key elements including partner roles and responsibilities, funding arrangements, call procedures, evaluation and selection processes, communication, monitoring, confidentiality and duration, while allowing users to adapt its content to different funding modalities, partnership structures and legal requirements. It is intended as a practical resource for programme managers and funding organisations seeking to establish transparent and effective cooperation agreements for transnational calls.

Structural and functional gene annotation of the Acomys cahirinus (spiny mouse) chromosome-level genome assembly ASM2989020v1 (GCA_029890205.1). The assembly itself was not produced by this group; this record provides annotation only. The annotation was generated with a multi-step pipeline: RNA-seq-based gene prediction (BRAKER3), protein-homology prediction from the closely related A. russatus (GALBA), integration with TSEBRA, and gene/transcript recovery with miniprot and StringTie. 5'UTRs were extended using in-house adrenal-gland CAGE-seq data (CAGEfightR). The mitochondrial genome (NC_020758.1) and Y-chromosome scaffolds from the male scaffold-level assembly ASM3055561v1 were incorporated. Version 2026-07-06. In the current era of rapid geopolitical and technological change, libraries play a pivotal role in safeguarding the stability, openness and continuity of the European knowledge ecosystem. The presentation will examine how the EU-funded CIVICA European University Alliance, which unites ten social science universities across Europe, is leveraging international collaboration to strengthen library services and resilience. This use case is indicative of more widespread changes in the governance of European higher education institutions, as evidenced by the emergence of the European Universities Initiative, which has been described as “an evolutionary and experimental network of university networks” (European Commission).  Since 2020, CIVICA libraries have transitioned from traditional professional exchange to a structured, practice-driven model of cooperation. As Charret and Chankseliani (2023) note, alliances rely on pre-existing higher education and research partnerships while simultaneously experimenting with diverse institutional forms in order to achieve the ambitious goal of creating “European Universities”. Guided by a shared governance framework comprising a dedicated steering body and thematic working groups, the CIVICA library network has developed joint approaches to information literacy, research support, open science, resource licensing, artificial intelligence and staff development.  These efforts have yielded a range of concrete library services, including the CIVICA OpenAIRE gateway for shared open-access outputs, coordinated e-book provision to support inter-campus teaching, a comprehensive information literacy “skills barometer” surveying over 72,000 students, cross-institutional online training, and sustained staff mobility and communities of practice, including the AI Community of Exchange.  The presentation will argue that alliances such as CIVICA represent a paradigm shift in international library cooperation. Rather than ad hoc networking at conferences or reliance on Erasmus exchanges, alliances facilitate long-term, jointly funded and strategically aligned collaboration. This provides a more robust foundation for libraries to adapt to political, technological and economic uncertainty.  Similar collaborative governance mechanisms have been observed in other European alliances, suggesting that structured cooperation can accelerate organisational learning and policy convergence across institutions. The presentation will outline the governance mechanisms that facilitate this cooperation, demonstrate the most impactful services, and address challenges at the library level, including legal diversity, uneven institutional capacities and cross-cultural coordination. Drawing on practical experience, it will conclude with reflections on the opportunities and constraints of alliance-based collaboration and offer recommendations on how libraries can remain strong and relevant in an uncertain world.  Charret, J., & Chankseliani, M. Prompt injection attacks pose a significant and growing threat to large language model (LLM)-based systems, enabling adversaries to override the model instructions and manipulate the output in ways that undermine security and reliability and put the whole ecosystem at stake without proper solutions. Although existing detection approaches have largely relied on LLM-based fine-tuned solutions, these methods can suffer from high computational requirements to be deployed locally inresource-constrained environments. In response to the need to build computeefficient, accurate, and latency-driven defence mechanisms, we designed, trained, and evaluated a 2-head, 2-layer self-attention transformer encoder using prompt injection data. While our model relies on 995,970 parameters, we compared it with transformer-based models ranging from 500 million to 14 billion parameters tested in the literature on identical datasets and it demonstrated superior performance. Furthermore, the trained model achieved an average inference time less than 0.5 ms when executed on the CPU of a virtual machine equipped with 120 GB ofsystem memory and a single NVIDIA A100 GPU (40 GB VRAM). This demonstrates that the transformer architecture’s capabilities can be effectively utilized to create lightweight solutions specifically designed for prompt-injection detection without the need to depend on large models.

У статті здійснено комплексний теоретико-методологічний аналіз сучасних тенденцій модернізації вищої фізкультурної освіти. Обґрунтовано парадигмальний зсув у підготовці кадрів: рішучий перехід від застарілих технократичних моделей до гуманістично орієнтованого навчання, що базується на засадах студентоцентризму, акме-культурологічного підходу та концепції салютогенезу. Доведено, що висока суспільна значущість, якою володіє сучасна фізична культура і спорт, вимагає формування багатофункціонального фахівця нового покоління. Актуалізовано розширення меж його діяльності, де провідне місце посідає безпосередня тренерська діяльність, робота в індустрії фітнесу, а також критично пріоритетні для України напрями — адаптивний спорт, ветеранський спорт та фізкультурно-спортивна реабілітація, що забезпечують повоєнне відновлення й збереження людського капіталу держави. Визначено, що такий поліфункціональний спектр завдань суттєво ускладнює педагогічний процес у закладах вищої освіти та зумовлює необхідність інтеграції різнопланового наукового знання. Показано, що невід'ємною умовою підготовки є впровадження інноваційних дидактичних систем, де поєднуються сучасні освітні та інформаційно-комунікаційні технології. Узагальнено інтегральну структуру професійної компетентності фахівця галузі через систему взаємопов'язаних складників, де виокремлено предметно-методичну, інклюзивну, цифрову та здоров'язбережувальну компетентності. Досліджено специфіку педагогічних знань змісту та ціннісних орієнтацій викладачів, реалізація яких безпосередньо підвищує професійну майстерність майбутніх спеціалістів та забезпечує їхню високу конкурентоспроможність на ринку праці.
