This report provides protocols for sample preparation and measurement of nanoparticle stability and biotransformation in biological matrices developed in the scope of the MetrINo project. The protocols focus on optimised matrix spiking, including minimisation of matrix interferences, and extraction of nanomaterials from model biological matrices. This report describes the optimised spiking protocols for selected NPs (nanoparticles, both liposomes and inorganic NPs) into biological matrices of increasing complexity (from simple PBS buffer to highly complex biological serum), as well as NP extraction from these matrices. In addition to chemical and enzymatic protocols, fractionation protocols have been developed to separate NPs from the protein fractions within the complex matrices using asymmetrical-flow field-flow fractionation (AF4) methods, which provide sufficiently high material recovery rates and negate the need for more invasive alternative extraction methods. Example data sets obtained using the optimised protocols are also provided.

This is a rendered set of frames containing the first halo CME viewed by the PUNCH mission (https://punch.space.swri.edu), 31-May-2025, with preliminary one-off processing before the (superior) official data pipeline was developed in 2025-2026. The data have preliminary flat fielding, preliminary co-alignment, preliminary F-corona subtraction, and an ad-hoc starfield suppression algorithm applied. They are rendered with a display gamma of 0.55 when displayed on an sRGB (gamma=2.2) device. Color uses the PUNCH official color table.
Accompanying the frames is a Python module, rotoscope.py, and a sample notebook, rotoscope.ipynb, that may be used to extract individual points from the data. The module and notebook were coded using Claude Code and iterative prompting. The python module and notebook are distributed under the same license as the overall record. (CCA4.0-intl)
These data and this software were produced by the authors under funding from the PUNCH project. PUNCH is a heliophysics mission to study the corona, solar wind, and space weather as an integrated system, and is part of NASA’s Explorers program (Contract 80GSFC14C0014).

This dataset contains the computational data and source code for the manuscript “Mechanical Tuning of Singlet–Triplet Resonance for Efficient Triplet–Triplet Annihilation Upconversion.” It includes Gaussian 16 input and output files for the S₀, S₁, and T₁ electronic states, optimized geometries, frequency calculations, vertical excitation calculations, force-distorted resonance structures, and the complete optimization trajectories for anthracene, 1,4-bis(phenylethynyl)benzene (BPEB), and 9,10-diphenylanthracene (DPA). The repository also provides the Fortran implementation of the constrained minimum-force algorithm developed to identify the molecular displacement and external force required to satisfy the singlet–triplet resonance condition relevant to TTA-UC, together with example input and output files and compilation instructions.

🔆 Executive Summary: HDF5 Version 2.2.0
[!IMPORTANT]
An RPM package is not provided for this release of HDF5 as an issue with the package was found during testing. The HDF Group is investigating alternative packaging methods for future releases.
Performance Enhancements:
Added an I/O block cache to the ROS3 VFD to reduce the number of requests to S3 for files not using paged allocation
Improved the performance of several tools (h5dump, h5ls, h5diff, h5repack, h5stat and h5format_convert) for specific file structures where many objects are linked to with multiple hard links
Significant Advancements:
Enhanced Features:
Made several improvements to the CMake logic for handling filter libraries
Java Enhancements:
Java dependency JAR paths are now configurable CMake cache variables, allowing system-provided JARs to be used in place of the bundled copies.
Acknowledgements:
We would like to thank the many HDF5 community members who contributed to this release of HDF5.

We provide the programs created to find the two-vison gap in the Chua-Yao-Fiette (CYF) model, used in the results from "Visons in Kitaev Spin Liquids with Majorana Fermi Surfaces". The CYF is a "Kitaev-type" model in which spin-3/2 live in vertices of a Kagome Lattice. It supports Majorana fermions spectrum that, for some values of the Hamiltonian parameters, can present a Fermi surface. It also supports Z_2 vortices (visons) excitations, that can be created by changing the flux on specified plaquettes. The two-vison gap in the CYF model is calculated in two manners, as in the provided codes. First we perfrom numerical calculations: exact diagonalization on finite-size lattices. Then, we do analytical calculations on the thermodynamic limit, as described in the text of "Visons in Kitaev Spin Liquids with Majorana Fermi Surfaces".

A 90-minute online workshop took place on 24 June 2026, with five people in attendance. The aim was to compare theoretical findings with practical experience. The research findings were presented as recommendations for action. One of these recommendations was then used to create a scenario. Participants were asked to think of a self-assembly situation in which effectiveness tests would be performed. They were asked to consider which criteria were crucial for measuring the effectiveness of the product in these tests. This would enable inefficiencies to be identified and subsequently improved.
The same workshop was held in person on 13 July 2026, with two attendees in total.
