Ushbu maqolada davlat xizmati instituti doirasida xizmat madaniyatini takomillashtirish jarayonining shaxs ma’naviy kamoloti bilan dialektik aloqadorligi falsafiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi xizmat madaniyati va ma’naviy kamolot o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro ta’sir mexanizmlarini, ularning ijtimoiy boshqaruv samaradorligiga ta’sirini konseptuallashtirishdan iborat. Metodologiya sifatida dialektik yondashuv, normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar kontent-tahlili, komparativ-falsafiy qiyoslash hamda konseptual modellashtirish qo‘llanildi. Ilmiy yangilik shundan iboratki, xizmat madaniyati “institutsional norma”, ma’naviy kamolot esa “shaxsiy-aksiologik kompetensiya” sifatida ajratilib, ular o‘rtasidagi ziddiyat, inkor va sintez bosqichlari orqali rivojlanish modeli taklif etildi. Natijada xizmat madaniyatini baholash indikatorlari ma’naviy fazilatlar va boshqaruv xulq-atvori bilan bog‘langan integrativ mezonlar tizimi asoslandi.

This work introduces a diagnostic probe for AAA rational approximation by comparing the AAA fit of an operator with that of its symmetrized surrogate. The probe reveals that non-normality—particularly one-sided triangular coupling—induces a phase transition in the single-moment residue utilization across a sharp threshold, and the symmetrized control reverses this effect. De-nonnormalization removes spurious poles and excess residue mass while preserving the genuine spectral ridge geometry. Furthermore, we reveal that the underlying mechanism is geometric: non-normality anisotropically expands the pseudospectral boundary, forcing AAA to spend extra poles to cover the expanded region. Results hold on synthetic matrices and generalize to brain connectomes and ecological networks. Finally, building on these findings, we propose a possible geometric approach to proving AAA effectiveness, reducing the problem to pole coverage of the pseudospectrum.

This dataset supplements "Multiscale Seismic Wavefield and Local Resonance of High-Speed Railways" with self-contained, reproducible figure-generation scripts. It includes plotting routines (F1_map et al.), each in its own folder with required data files, plus shared utility code (common.py), pipeline configuration files, and processing scripts (archive). All figures can be regenerated independently by running plot.py in each F* directory. Station coordinates are de-identified by a local (x, y) grid with a fake origin.
Contents: Python plotting scripts, pre-processed seismic data (NPZ, HDF5, CSV, TXT), configuration YAML files, archived pipeline scripts, and supporting C/Fortran libraries.

xsd:float correctly reclassified - it is not JSON-native (only xsd:string/boolean/integer/double are elided on round-trip), so it is no longer forbidden; the datatype rule is reframed around default projections, with the useNativeTypes assumption stated.
Compatibility claims corrected - JSON Schema 2020-12 treats unknown keywords as annotations, but strict-mode validators (Ajv) reject them; the "generic validators ignore" wording is fixed and separated from $vocabulary refusal.
Composition - object-valued embeds (including array items) SHOULD be property-scoped; a cyclic scoped context is broken by inlining the remote context locally, not by moving it to the root. Removed the unfounded @propagate-array MUST; fixed the JSON-LD citation.
Mapping machinery - SKOS mapping predicates kept (reasoner-safe, not owl:equivalent*); co-emission clarified as a pragmatic aid, not an entailment; x-oold-context/x-sssom CURIEs expand against a well-known prefix set the meta-schema defines (its @context), not the instance context; schema-level x-sssom subject is the schema $id; materialized @type aliasing follows term-vs-IRI semantics.

Extreme heavy rainfall (EHR) events pose severe threats to lives and property worldwide, and their frequency and intensity are escalating with global climate change. Nevertheless, our understanding of the physical mechanisms governing these events remains markedly limited. Recently, artificial intelligence (AI) models have increasingly come to rely on well-documented individual EHR case data to capture the diverse precursor pathways and organizational modes that drive extreme rainfall. At the heart of this knowledge gap lies the observational limitation in capturing the full life-cycle evolution of severe convective systems. Although atmospheric reanalysis datasets are widely used in EHR research, they fall short of adequately representing EHR. To address this deficiency, we propose the Duoyu Project, which employs the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model to reconstruct EHR episodes and generate a comprehensive suite of high-resolution numerical simulations, thereby providing a robust data foundation for advancing EHR research. To date, we have completed simulations for 10 EHR cases over China, using a horizontal resolution approximately 1 km with 58 sigma levels. The standard output interval is 6 minutes, with 1-minute resolution for selected cases. The simulated data have been evaluated against surface observations and radar data, and overall show good agreement with observations, capturing both spatial patterns and temporal evolutions. Basic information and updates are available on the homepage of the Duoyu Project (https://www.rainstormproj.com/) and also on this Zenodo repository. Sample data are stored here. All the data can be obtained as a hard disk copy by contacting the authors at present, and will be freely accessible at this location (https://www.rainstormproj.com/) in the near future.

Tadqiqotda 2016–2026-yillarga oid makroiqtisodiy koʻrsatkichlar (Jahon banki, Xalqaro Valyuta Jamg‘armasi, hamda mamlakatlar Markaziy banklari ma’lumotlari) asosida miqdoriy va qiyosiy tahlil usullari, shuningdek, real daromad indeksidan foydalanildi. Maqolaning ilmiy yangiligi, inflyatsiyani samarali nazorat qilish orqali aholi farovonligini oshirish va barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlashga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalarni yaratishdan iborat. Background & Objective: Doxorubicin (Dox) is used in chemotherapy, but its usage is restricted due to cardiotoxicity. Sanguisorba minor (S. minor) and chlorogenic acid (CGA) exhibit pharmacological activities, including the reduction of oxidative stress and induction of programmed cell death. In this investigation, the cardioprotective effects of S. minor and CGA were evaluated following Dox-stimulated toxicity in rats.Materials & Methods: Forty male Wistar rats were used in this research. Saline was administered to the control group; Dox (2.5 mg/kg, intraperitoneally, on alternate days) was injected to the toxicity group; In the second week, groups III and IV received oral S. minor extract at 100 or 300 mg/kg; and Group V received CGA (40 mg/kg, intraperitoneally). Serum levels of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB) were quantified as cardiac injury markers. Cardiac tissues were analyzed for superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, and thiol content. The modification of histopathology was studied via hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining.Results: Dox increased LDH, CK-MB, and MDA levels and reduced SOD and thiols. The administration of S. minor and CGA ameliorated Dox-induced biochemical changes. Histopathological analysis demonstrated extracellular edema, moderate congestion, and localized hemorrhage following Dox exposure. These effects were mitigated by treatment with S. minor and CGA.Conclusion: The administration of S. minor and CGA provided significant protection against Dox-related cardiotoxicity, likely through the modulation of oxidative stress pathways and preservation of myocardial structure.Keywords: Doxorubicin, Chlorogenic Acid, Sanguisorba minor, Cardiotoxicity, Oxidative Stress, Antioxidant Agent
