The recycling of organic waste into soil supplements is an essential component of the circular bio economy, providing a long-term and regenerative solution to a range of environmental issues. With growing global worries about soil degradation, decreased agricultural output, and an increasing volume of organic waste, this technique offers a way to convert trash into a valuable resource. Organic resources such as food scraps, agricultural residues, animal manure, and green waste can be turned into nutrient-rich soil amendments by composting, vermicomposting, anaerobic digestion, or biochar synthesis. These additives improve soil structure, fertility, microbial diversity, and water-holding capacity, while also contributing significantly to carbon sequestration and climate change mitigation. This strategy not only decreases the need for chemical fertilizers, but it also diverts biodegradable trash from landfills, lowering methane emissions and contributing to a more sustainable waste management system. This closed-loop system, which is part of a circular bio economy, recycles biological resources, supports sustainable agriculture, and promotes local economic development by providing green jobs and lowering farmers' input costs. By incorporating organic waste recycling into agricultural and urban design, we can recover degraded soils, boost food security, and transition to a more resilient, low-carbon future. This strategy offers a comprehensive, scalable, and effective answer to sustainable land use and environmental regeneration.

Nursing students' professional competence is greatly influenced by their clinical learning environment. However, this training phase is frequently accompanied by a number of difficulties that could impede efficient learning and skill development. Understanding the nature and extent of these challenges, as well as the demographic factors associated with them, is essential for improving clinical education output. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the difficulties nursing students encounter during clinical placements at several nursing schools in the Nsukka Local Government Area and investigate the relationships between these difficulties and demographic factors such age, marital status, educational attainment, and religion. A descriptive cross-sectional design was adopted, involving 443 nursing students selected through proportionate sampling. Data were collected using a structured, self-administered questionnaire. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize responses, while chi-square (χ²) tests were employed to determine the association between demographic variables and the level of clinical challenges, with the significance level set at α = 0.05. Findings revealed that a majority of students experienced major to severe clinical challenges. There was a statistically significant association between clinical challenges and demographic variables: age (χ² = 3.72, p = 0.0019), educational level (χ² = 3.87, p = 0.0020), marital status (χ² = 3.57, p = 0.0016), and religion (χ² = 3.76, p = 0.0018). Students aged 21–24 years and those in 200 level reported the highest levels of challenges, suggesting that both experience level and personal factors influence the ability to cope with clinical demands. Clinical challenges among nursing students in Nsukka are significantly shaped by demographic factors. Stakeholders in nursing education should adopt student-centred strategies that consider these variables to improve the clinical learning environment and promote better academic and professional outcomes.

Reproducibility bundle for the manuscript "Perception or Policy: Sub-Task Failure Attribution in Sub-Millimeter-Clearance Robotic Assembly". A UR5e + Robotiq 2F-85 grasps a standing pipe (20 mm diameter), transports it over a holder, and inserts it into a bore (21.5 mm diameter, 0.75 mm radial clearance) in an Isaac Sim cell with three calibrated cameras (wrist D405, side D455, overhead Kinect; 256x256 RGB). Data generation is domain-randomized; evaluation fixes the hardest configuration in that distribution - the 21.5 mm holder at nominal 0.75 mm clearance, bore-fit randomization off.
The record contains: (1) the LeRobot demonstration dataset (1565 episodes / 197,190 frames; 10-D absolute-pose action, RGB and RGB-D variants); (2) all trained models - a ResNet-18 grasp-pose regressor and three fine-tuned end-to-end policies (Diffusion Policy 200k, SmolVLA 40k, pi0.5 30k); (3) the held-out standing evaluation episodes (N=50, indices 2000-2049, seed 42) behind the paper's tables, including the handoff-height ablation logs; and (4) the perception package plus the simulation environment and evaluation harness, with a standalone no-Isaac inference demo.
Grading: the bundled grader reports two criteria. "completion" (the default, and the one the manuscript reports) asks whether the robot picked the pipe and placed it upright at the holder: lateral < 25 mm, tilt < 15 deg, lift > 50 mm. "insertion" adds a height gate (< 30 mm above the seat) and asks whether the pipe entered the bore. The two differ on seven episodes, all in the learned-policy runs; the scripted and privileged rows are identical under both. README.md reports both columns.

Students often struggle to maintain consistent habits due to limited feedback, lack of timely guidance, and difficulty visualizing their own progress. To address these challenges, this paper presents the rationale for an AI-driven, web-based student habit tracker designed to provide continuous monitoring, intelligent insights, and personalized recommendations. By integrating modern web technologies with AI-powered analytics, the system transforms raw habit data into meaningful patterns—such as completion trends, streaks, and time-based performance summaries—that help students make informed adjustments to their routines. The platform delivers real-time nudges, contextual suggestions, and adaptive goal-setting support, ultimately fostering self-regulation, accountability, and long-term behavioral improvement. This rationale establishes the need for such a tool in academic environments and highlights its potential to enhance student productivity, motivation, and sustained habit formation.

Modern rehabilitation medicine is shifting toward precision and objective diagnostics. Standardized protocols for post-stroke neuromuscular recovery and post-total joint arthroplasty (TJA) rehabilitation often overlook real-time biomechanical imbalances and neural adaptation rates. This structural oversight slows down functional recovery and leads to compensatory movement errors, muscle inhibition, and asymmetric joint degeneration.

ABSTRACT
Background: Suicide is a major public health and medicolegal problem, contributing substantially to preventable mortality worldwide. Autopsy-based studies provide valuable information regarding the demographic profile, methods of suicide, precipitating factors, and causes of death, thereby assisting in understanding the epidemiology of suicidal deaths and formulating preventive strategies. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive autopsy-based observational study was conducted in the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, during 2024–2025. A total of 100 confirmed suicidal deaths subjected to medicolegal autopsy were included. Data regarding sociodemographic characteristics, method of suicide, precipitating life events, autopsy findings, cause of death, and survival period were collected from postmortem reports, hospital and police records, and interviews with relatives, and analysed using descriptive statistics. Results: Young adults aged 21–30 years constituted the largest group (37%), with males accounting for 78% of cases. Rural residents (52%), single individuals (53%), students and unemployed persons (26% each) were most commonly affected. Most suicides occurred at home (89%). Poisoning was the commonest method (58%), followed by hanging (38%). Love affair-related problems (26%), financial difficulties (23%), and academic failure (19%) were the leading precipitating factors. Shock (60%) and asphyxia (38%) were the principal causes of death, and most victims died within 24 hours of the suicidal act. Conclusion: Suicidal deaths predominantly affected young adult males and were strongly associated with psychosocial stressors, with poisoning and hanging being the principal methods. Strengthening mental health services, restricting access to highly lethal poisons, promoting community awareness, and improving medicolegal documentation are essential to reduce suicide-related mortality.

Abstract
Background: Dental pain can impair eating, sleep, oral function and quality of life in older adults. Insettings with limited dental personnel and equipment, care may be restricted to temporary symptomcontrol and referral. This study assessed dental pain care-seeking, reported treatment and self-reportedoutcomes among older adults attending selected primary healthcare centres in Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted from April to September 2025 in fivepurposively selected primary healthcare centres. Adults aged 60 years or older who reported dentalpain during the preceding 12 months completed an interviewer-administered questionnaire. Theminimum sample size calculated with Cochran’s formula was 196. A total of 187 completequestionnaires were analysed. Categorical variables were summarised using frequencies andpercentages. Results: Among 187 participants, 100 (53.5%) were male and 63 (33.7%) were aged 75 years or older.Primary healthcare centres were the first source of help for 92 (49.2%) participants. Analgesics alonewere the most frequently reported treatment during the dental pain episode, 133 (71.1%), while 15(8.0%) reported extraction, restoration, or scaling and polishing. Complete pain relief was reported by34 (18.2%), pain recurred in 123 (65.8%), and 12 (6.4%) reported satisfaction with care. Conclusions: Among older adults attending the selected centres, dental pain episodes were commonlymanaged with analgesics alone, while complete relief and satisfaction were uncommon and recurrencewas frequent. The findings support basic oral assessment in primary health care, safer initialmanagement and clearer referral links with dental services. Because treatments and outcomes were notlinked to individual providers, the results should not be interpreted as provider-specific estimates ofprimary healthcare effectiveness
