3DVeIN (3D Deformed Vein Inversion) is a Python package for estimating finite deformation from 3D deformed vein set orientations using a Mohr-cyclide-based inverse analysis.
This archive accompanies the manuscript "A Mohr-Cyclide Construction for Finite Deformation and its Application to 3D Analysis of Deformed Vein Sets," submitted to Journal of Geophysical Research: Solid Earth.
The archive includes:
1. An installable Python package for 3D deformed vein inversion.2. A Jupyter notebook for analyzing field datasets and reproducing the Hongusan results presented in the manuscript.3. A notebook for reproducing the manuscript model database and generating user-defined model databases.4. A notebook for 3D forward modeling of deformed vein sets.5. A notebook for Mohr-cyclide visualization.6. A notebook implementing the 2D deformed vein sets analysis described by Soejima and Wallis (2022).7. Field datasets and a precomputed model database.8. Documentation for Windows and macOS users.
This version substantially reorganizes and expands the scripts archived in the original Zenodo release. The code is provided as an installable Python package with documented notebooks, bundled example data, and automated tests to improve accessibility and reproducibility.

GO Enrichment and Clustering Tool is an integrated command-line tool for Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis and clustering of enrichment results. It performs hypergeometric tests for enrichment and uses gene overlap-based similarity (Jaccard / Ochiai) to reduce dimensionality (UMAP / MDS / t‑SNE) and apply unsupervised clustering (Mean‑Shift / HDBSCAN) to the enriched GO terms. Multiple visualization charts and network files are generated to help researchers explore functional modules from a global perspective.

The article identifies priority directions for developing the health culture of the population on the basis of Uzbekistan's current strategic documents. The core research problem is that priority directions are usually listed in the literature without specifying the criterion that makes them priorities. A four-filter criterion for justifying priority is proposed and applied to national material. The analysis of prospects shows that the unified digital medical platform, the family doctor system and the cancer registry being introduced under the «Uzbekistan – 2030» strategy make it possible, for the first time, to measure the effectiveness of health culture work through behavioural indicators.

Background: Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) is a multidisciplinary, evidence-based perioperative care pathway designed to reduce surgical stress and accelerate postoperative recovery. Although ERAS protocols have demonstrated significant benefits in elective gastrointestinal surgery, their effectiveness in emergency surgical settings remains uncertain. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of ERAS protocols on postoperative recovery and hospital stay in elderly patients undergoing emergency surgery for hollow viscus perforation peritonitis.
Material and Methods: A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted in the Department of General Surgery at Dr. Sampurnanand Medical College, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. Fifty patients aged >50 years diagnosed with hollow viscus perforation peritonitis and undergoing emergency exploratory laparotomy were included. Patients were randomly allocated into two groups: an ERAS group (n = 25) and a conventional perioperative care group (n = 25). The ERAS group received a structured perioperative protocol including early mobilization, multimodal analgesia, early enteral nutrition, and optimized fluid management, while the control group received standard perioperative care. Primary outcomes included duration of hospital stay and postoperative recovery parameters such as return of bowel function and early ambulation. Statistical analysis was performed using the chi-square test and unpaired t-test.
Results: The mean age of patients in the ERAS group was 63.08 ± 7.27 years, compared with 64.48 ± 7.57 years in the conventional care group. Male patients constituted the majority in both groups. The ERAS group demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in hospital stay (mean 7.2 days) compared with the conventional care group (mean 12.56 days) (p < 0.001). Additionally, patients managed under ERAS protocols showed earlier mobilization and faster restoration of bowel function.
Conclusions: Implementation of ERAS protocols in elderly patients undergoing emergency laparotomy for hollow viscus perforation peritonitis significantly shortens hospital stay and improves postoperative recovery compared with conventional perioperative care

A DIGITAL PLATFORM ECOSYSTEM FOR DISTANCE LEARNING: INTEGRATING LMS, AI TOOLS AND LEARNING ANALYTICS — A ROADMAP FOR IMPROVING DISTANCE LEARNING

Distance learning has expanded rapidly, but in many institutions — especially in emerging digital economies such as Uzbekistan — it rests on a fragmented set of platforms that rarely interoperate, producing data silos, duplicate logins and brittle custom integrations. This article proposes an integrated digital platform ecosystem for distance learning that unites the learning management system (LMS), artificial intelligence (AI) tools and learning analytics, and it formulates a staged roadmap for improving distance learning. The aim of the study is to design a standards- based ecosystem architecture and a maturity roadmap adapted to the national context. The study relied on documentary analysis, architectural and capability mapping, and conceptual synthesis, drawing on interoperability standards, the scholarly literature, and official statistics from the last five years. The analysis shows that the LMS serves as the core of the ecosystem, bound to specialized tools through the 1EdTech family of standards (LTI, xAPI, Caliper and SCORM), and that an interoperability-first strategy converts a quadratic integration burden into a linear one. Above this foundation, a learning-analytics layer turns behavioural data into key performance indicators and early-warning signals, and an AI layer adds adaptive and generative capabilities. A five-stage roadmap — from fragmented tools to an optimized, closed-loop ecosystem — is proposed. Official data confirm the relevance of the model for Uzbekistan, where higher-education enrollment has grown almost fivefold since 2016 and the national HEMIS platform provides a ready core. The novelty lies in integrating the three pillars into a single ecosystem and roadmap. The results are of practical value for institutions, developers and policymakers.

This article provides a scientific and psychological analysis of the relationship between the development of cognitive processes (perception, attention, memory, thinking, imagination, and speech) and the level of general intellect in preschool-age children. Theoretical perspectives on the structure of intelligence as a system of cognitive processes, and the character and mechanism of each cognitive process's connection to intellect, are examined. The bidirectional nature of the relationship between cognitive processes and intellect, along with practical ways of diagnosing and developing this relationship, are substantiated from a scientific and practical perspective.
