The rapid evolution of the internet, mobile devices, and social media has made media use issues a prevalent topic in pediatrics. Because of the exponential growth of technology integrated into daily life and its effects on child development, there is a great need for parental guidance in this area. The purpose of this study is to summarize the information presented to parents via popular websites and parenting books as they pertain to media use in children and parentingmethods concerning media. While certain topics are addressed in a consistent manner, there is still a large degree of variability in advice given to parents regarding children's media use which clinicians should be aware of.

We present the Topological Field Fabric (TFF), a model of cosmological structure grounded in the fractional-dynamical, fixed-point and non-extensive results of the companion DHQG series~\cite{PaperI,QCore,Gravitostat}, in which the tensor $\Delta_{\mu\nu}$ acts as the geometric response to informational density. Two results anchor the account. An exact relation, the $\alpha$--$q$ bridge, links the fractional memory order to the non-extensive index, so that the two indices of the programme cease to be independent. And the internal $T^6$ flux is shown to contribute an effective vacuum term $\Lambda_{\rm eff}$, a cosmological constant sourced by geometry rather than a dark-matter mass, in the same spirit as the vacuum $\Lambda$ of the black-hole interior. When the flux relaxes toward its fixed point, as the emergent-geometry stability theorem requires, the vacuum term becomes mildly dynamical, and its equation of state is confined to the ``Quintom-B'' corner ($w_0>-1$, $w_a<0$) that the DESI DR2 expansion data favour---a sign-definite prediction rather than a fit. A likelihood fit to the full Pantheon+ supernova sample and the DESI DR2 baryon-acoustic-oscillation measurements yields $(w_0,w_a)=(-0.85,-0.43)$, improving on $\Lambda$CDM by $\Delta\chi^2=-7.4$; the model-selection verdict is mixed and reported as such (Akaike tips toward the flux model, Bayesian still toward $\Lambda$CDM), matching the community's current stance that the evidence is suggestive but not decisive. As a parameter-free empirical test at galactic scales, a single universal informational acceleration scale $a_0=(1.34\pm0.04)\times10^{-10}\,\mathrm{m\,s^{-2}}$ reproduces the radial acceleration relation of the full SPARC sample. The scope is kept explicit throughout: the vacuum term is a derived, falsifiable prediction for cosmic acceleration, whereas a geometric account of galactic rotation curves would need an inhomogeneous $a_{\rm info}(r)$, which we pose as an open, parameter-free calculation rather than assume.

The paper justifies improvement of a local road through an integrated water-subgrade-base-pavement system. The submitted graduation-project materials report, for the km 0-3 section of road 4K96, a 2025 mean elastic modulus of 142 MPa, a skid-resistance coefficient of 0.32-0.38, longitudinal cracking of 104 m/km, and alligator cracking of 137 m²/km. These values were not independently remeasured for this paper, and that limitation is stated explicitly. The engineering strategy prioritises drainage restoration, local treatment of weak subgrade, calculated use of geosynthetics only where supported by testing, base reprofiling, shoulder strengthening, and controlled pavement renewal. An illustrative runoff calculation shows how drainage capacity should be checked against the contributing catchment. The proposed sequence is intended to extend service life and reduce repeated rehabilitation expenditure while retaining pavement materials that remain serviceable.

Artifact for ThAME: 3D Memory-Enabled Heterogeneous Accelerator for LLM Mixture of Experts.
ThAME is a heterogeneous 2.5D system-in-package: a TPU-v6e host chiplet runs the compute-bound prefill phase, the gating network and the core scheduler; 3D DRAM-PNM chiplets hold the KV cache and compute attention; and 3D FeFET-NAND chiplets store the expert weights and compute the experts on 32 compute cores in their CMOS base die, each core a 64×64 systolic array of PEs. Those base-die cores are wired by a hierarchical NoC — a local crossbar per core group under a tree backbone — obtained by multi-objective optimization (Section IV-C of the paper).

This study examined the effect of innovative communicative tasks on oral fluency in English among nine children aged 6 to 10 years enrolled at Fundación Submarino Amarillo in Manta, Ecuador. The research used a preexperimental one-group pretest-posttest design during a 35-day intervention. The pedagogical treatment replaced deductive grammar instruction with task-based activities, including information gap tasks, situational role plays, and mystery-solving tasks, all structured to increase Student Talking Time and promote meaningful oral interaction. Data were collected through oral performance assessment before and after the intervention, together with descriptive and correlational analysis of fluency, productivity, articulation, attendance, and formulaic sequences. The results showed improvement across all oral dimensions. Fluency presented the largest gain, followed by productivity and articulation. Individual progress was consistent across the full group, and the correlational analysis indicated a strong positive association between articulation and formulaic sequences, as well as a positive relationship between attendance and posttest fluency. These findings suggest that task-based communicative instruction can strengthen oral performance in young EFL learners when it is implemented in a structured and context-sensitive way. The study supports the use of communicative tasks as a practical strategy for increasing oral participation and reducing passive language learning in early English instruction.

We present the case of a 23-month-old male with a one-year history of intermittent abdominal pain who presented for aroutine well-child visit and was incidentally noted to have a large abdominal mass and regression of developmentalmilestones. Upon further investigation, the child was diagnosed with Wilms Tumor (WT) with metastases to the periaortic lymph nodes and bilateral lungs. Initial management included left radical nephrectomy, lymphadenectomy, andmediport placement for chemotherapy infusions. Tumor cytogenetic report was positive for loss of heterozygosity at11p15 region and pathology demonstrated blastema predominant WT. Treatment decision was based on a therapeuticclinical trial (AREN0534) outlined by the Children’s Oncology Group and the patient was placed on a 28-week chemotherapy regimen, including vincristine, dactinomycin, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, carboplatin, and etoposide in conjunction with radiation. MRI of the head showed no evidence of metastasis, however it demonstrated multiple areas ofinfarction in the distribution of the posterior cerebral artery (PCA). Coagulation studies were performed to evaluate possible underlying causes and the patient was found to be heterozygous for Factor V Leiden (FVL) mutation. While FVL isassociated with an increased risk of venous thromboembolic (VTE) events, arterial thromboembolic events are generallyrare. In this report, we explore potential etiologies for the unique presentation of brain infarction in a pediatric patientwith WT.

Work is accomplished by hydraulic machines using liquid fluid power. A typical example is heavy construction equipment. The hydraulic fluid in this kind of machine is pushed to numerous hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders located all around the machine and are pressured in accordance with the resistance present. Through hoses, tubes, or pipes, the fluid is distributed and is directly or automatically regulated by control valves. With applications and significant ramifications for many industrial, civil, and environmental engineering problems, hydraulic dynamics is developing as a fundamental topic.
